Working in conjunction
with the Interior Design

components of MP/IFS,
the Architecture & Design
Team is comprised of
four groups, each with
a specific focus. These
groups work together to
manage all aspects of the
proposed renovation or
new building project, from
initial concept design and
programming through
construction.
Architecture Group
Twenty-five years of experience with retail/commercial projects including
national and regional financial institutions, including Wachovia, Citibank,
Hudson United Bank, TD Banknorth, Putnam County Savings Bank and
Hudson River Teachers Credit Union.
Civil Engineering/Surveying Group
Thirty years of experience providing multi-discipline services for a wide range of commercial and residential clients throughout the country.
Services include site planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture,
land surveying, transportation engineering, environmental studies,
permitting and construction.
Structural Engineering Group
Over thirty-five years of experience providing structural design services on
a variety of projects from commercial to residential and institutional.
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Engineering Group
Over twenty years of experience in providing Mechanical, Electrical
and Plumbing design services for financial institutions, commercial and
residential projects.
